When I review a defense case, I examine the medical record to understand the patient’s presentation, the evaluation performed, the care provided, and the clinical decisions documented by the treating providers.
The question is not simply whether the patient experienced a poor outcome. The question is what the medical evidence says about the care that was provided.

More Than 30 Years in Emergency Medicine
Dr. Mallory is a residency-trained Emergency Medicine physician who has been board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine since 1993. His career includes more than three decades working as an attending Emergency Medicine physician.
He has approximately 13 years of medical expert and medical-legal review experience and has reviewed approximately 200 medical cases.
