I have spent more than three decades practicing Emergency Medicine and the past 13 years applying that clinical experience to medical case review and expert witness work.
Today, I work with attorneys and non-attorney clients representing plaintiffs and defendants, as well as individuals who need an independent assessment of medical care they received.

I Review the Medicine and Tell You What I Find
When you retain me, you are hiring me for my medical opinion. You are not hiring me simply to support a predetermined position.
I approach medical case review much the same way I approach medicine. I examine the available information, identify the important clinical issues, and reach a conclusion based on the evidence in front of me.
If I believe the medical evidence supports a finding of negligence, I’ll explain what I found and why. If I don’t believe negligence occurred, I’ll tell you that too.
I believe attorneys are best served by an expert who is thorough, transparent, responsive, and willing to give them a direct answer.

From Medical Records to Expert Opinion
For the past 13 years, I have reviewed medical cases for attorneys and individuals who have questions about the care provided to a patient.
My expert witness work includes cases for both plaintiff and defense counsel. When a matter falls within my areas of expertise, I can provide written opinions and affidavits of merit and remain involved through deposition and trial.
I have testified at trial as a medical expert on four occasions.
My primary expert witness focus is on Emergency Medicine. I also provide opinions and affidavits involving Primary Care.
Clinical Experience
A Career in Emergency Medicine
Dr. Mallory completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Delaware Valley Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania in 1992 and has been board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine since 1993.
His career as an attending Emergency Medicine physician has included positions at hospitals throughout Florida, including Oviedo Medical Center, Poinciana Medical Center, Rockledge Regional Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, South Florida Baptist Hospital, and other emergency departments.
That clinical background provides the foundation for his medical-legal work.

A Career That Started Before Medical School
My interest in medicine began long before I became a physician.
At 16, I began working as a Patient Care Technician. I later worked as an Emergency Medical Technician while pursuing my undergraduate education. Those early experiences ultimately led me to osteopathic medical school and a residency in Emergency Medicine.
Emergency Medicine has been the focus of my professional career ever since.
